Tasks
Plan assembly and welding, taking into account materials and conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
Adjust welding equipment settings according to the specific requirements of the job.
Assemble parts with tack welds before performing final welds.
Check the conformity of assemblies according to required tolerances and make necessary adjustments.
Participate in the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative prototypes.
Design and manufacture jigs to facilitate assembly.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP in welding-assembly.
At least 5 years of experience in aluminum welding.
Strong knowledge of GMAW and FCAW welding processes.
Excellent plan reading skills.
Ability to weld in all positions.
Ability to read CWB welding procedures.
Team lead experience is an asset.
Desired profile
Meticulous and detail-oriented in adhering to quality standards.
Able to work independently while being a good team player.
Demonstrates manual dexterity and technical skill.
Good observational skills to detect defects and anomalies.
Open to sharing expertise and guiding less experienced welders.
