Tasks
Manage quote requests and ensure prompt and accurate follow-up.
Process orders received by email, phone, or in person.
Conduct necessary research to provide solutions tailored to client needs.
Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
Provide an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure high-quality after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Proven experience: minimum 5 years in B2B sales (essential).
Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.
Bilingualism in French and English required (25% of the time communicating with English-speaking clients in Ontario).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational skills and priority management.
Customer-oriented with a commitment to providing impeccable service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset).
