Tasks
Perform cycle counts (daily, weekly, monthly) according to the global program and ensure inventory accuracy.
Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Adjust and transfer inventory in the ERP system with approved validation.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper recording of inventory movements.
Support physical audits and comply with internal and external audit requirements.
Manage the receipt, storage, and order preparation with precision.
Apply FIFO methodology and ensure proper stock rotation.
Handle vendor returns (RTV), waste, and non-conforming materials.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure material availability.
Validate product availability (ATP) with the Planning team and resolve shortages.
Provide inventory data to the Purchasing team regarding supply issues.
Work with the Quality team to manage and dispose of non-conforming materials.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stock levels and working capital.
Manage daily/weekly stock exception reports for site management.
Contribute to inventory procedure documentation and support updates to global standards.
Monitor inventory KPIs and report issues affecting accuracy or operational flow.

Job requirements
College diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field (asset).
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
Knowledge of cycle counts, FIFO, and standard inventory management practices.
Ability to lift and move materials as required for cycle counts and warehouse support.
