An innovative Quebec-based company specializing in industrial fine pastries, recognized for the quality of its creations and its presence across the country, is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to manage and support its existing client base in the Greater Montreal area.

Tasks
Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
Responding to client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving issues promptly.
Participating in marketing efforts and market development initiatives.
Proudly representing the company’s image and values.
Working closely with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics).
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or in customer service, preferably in the food industry.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education in business administration, sales, or marketing (an asset).
Advanced level of French and English required to communicate with English-speaking clients approximately 80% of the time.
