A customer is looking for the right product, a sales representative needs a price quickly, and a major order requires close follow-up. In plumbing product distribution, requests come in quickly and details matter. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales, Key Accounts and Marketing Coordinator to act as the link between customers, sales representatives and internal teams, while overseeing key accounts, pricing requests and order follow-ups.
Do you have a strong understanding of the plumbing, building systems or specialized product distribution industry, along with experience in inside sales, sales coordination or B2B customer service? Your product knowledge, organizational skills and ability to quickly understand customer needs will make you a key resource in ensuring effective follow-ups, supporting sales representatives and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Tasks
Coordinate activities between inside sales staff, outside sales representatives and the company’s various departments.
Act as the main point of contact between sales, production, distribution, logistics and administration.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional service.
Receive, process and follow up on orders.
Verify pricing, quantities, lead times and terms of sale.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Assist outside sales representatives with their day-to-day needs.
Follow up on orders to ensure deadlines are met.
Update customer records and price lists.
Prepare various sales reports.
Collaborate on the development of the transactional website.
Participate in the creation and updating of promotional materials and sales tools.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and the company’s visibility.
Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Perform any other related duties

Job requirements
Experience in sales coordination, inside sales or B2B customer service.
Experience in a distribution, manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of the plumbing industry, a strong asset.
Experience preparing quotations and following up on orders.
Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with an ERP system, such as Neova or a similar platform, an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
