Tasks
Manage schedules, appointments, and case tracking using Outlook and scheduling tools.
Ensure complete administrative coordination: reminders, schedule management, preparation and updating of electronic and paper files.
Draft, revise and layout various legal and administrative documents (correspondence, reports, procedures, memoranda).
Support lawyers in the preparation of litigation, negotiation and compliance files, including managing supporting documents and coordinating with the courts.
Organize meetings and travel: logistics, meals, documents, reservations and follow-up.
Provide support with reception and office tasks: reception, mail management, phone calls, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and functional work environment.
Perform expense reconciliations.
Perform any other administrative tasks required to support the team.

Job requirements
Hold a degree in legal or administrative assistance, or any other equivalent experience.
Advanced proficiency in French and English (spoken and written), as 50% of the clientele is made up of English-speaking people.
At least 4 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Adapt to a dynamic environment, manage changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrate great rigor and attention to detail.
Organize work effectively and collaborate as a team.
Knowledge of legal software ("iManage", "Cosmolex"), an asset.
