Our client, a leading international manufacturing company specializing in the production and assembly of complex components for the aerospace industry, is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Supervisor for its Mirabel facility. In this role, you will serve as a key link between production, purchasing, suppliers, and logistics operations.
Tasks
Supervise, motivate, and support teams responsible for purchasing, receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations according to operational priorities;
Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and consumables required to support production schedules and deadlines;
Plan and coordinate purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities to maintain an efficient flow of materials;
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and identify new sourcing opportunities when required;
Work closely with production and other departments to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and ensure business continuity;
Monitor inventory levels and key performance indicators, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed;
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, productivity, and logistics reliability;
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
DEP, DEC, or equivalent education in logistics, supply chain management, purchasing, or a related field;
Relevant experience in a similar role involving logistics, purchasing, and staff supervision;
Experience within the aerospace industry;
Professional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to communicate with an English-speaking clientele representing approximately 25% of interactions;
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
