Tasks

  • Prepare the necessary documents for shipping orders.
  • Verify and manage delivery notes and work orders.
  • File various documents according to established procedures.
  • Follow up with carriers: shipment status, proof of delivery.
  • Follow up with customers: shipment statuses by phone and email.
  • Open, update, and close files.
  • Issue documents, notices, and instructions to carriers.
  • Set up the logistics required to efficiently execute operations (rate requests, pickup planning, coordination with recipients).
  • Operate a forklift if needed.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the position.
