They are looking for a proactive individual who can coordinate the activities of receiving, shipping, and subcontracting while ensuring compliance with procedures and the satisfaction of internal and external clients.
Tasks
Receive, verify, and record goods according to established procedures.
Control the quantity and quality of received materials.
Identify, inventory, and classify items in an orderly manner, update inventories in the ERP system or Excel.
Coordinate shipments and pickups with subcontractors and track deadlines.
Prepare and ship orders while adhering to internal procedures and shipping document compliance.
Plan daily local deliveries and pickups.
Participate in inventory discrepancy analysis and propose solutions to improve logistics flows.
Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or operations role.
High school diploma and relevant training in logistics or administration.
Proficiency in Excel and/or an ERP system.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, and the ability to handle stress.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of the manufacturing or industrial sector is an asset.
