Day shift, Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
A company active in the manufacturing sector is looking for a meticulous, dynamic, and highly organized logistics coordinator. Our client stands out for its ability to efficiently manage the flow of goods and the accuracy of its inventories. They are looking for a proactive individual who can coordinate the activities of receiving, shipping, and subcontracting while ensuring compliance with procedures and the satisfaction of internal and external clients.

Tasks

  • Receive, verify, and record goods according to established procedures.
  • Control the quantity and quality of received materials.
  • Identify, inventory, and classify items in an orderly manner, update inventories in the ERP system or Excel.
  • Coordinate shipments and pickups with subcontractors and track deadlines.
  • Prepare and ship orders while adhering to internal procedures and shipping document compliance.
  • Plan daily local deliveries and pickups.
  • Participate in inventory discrepancy analysis and propose solutions to improve logistics flows.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or operations role.
  • High school diploma and relevant training in logistics or administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or an ERP system.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, and the ability to handle stress.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing or industrial sector is an asset.
