Are you a meticulous person with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage priorities in a constantly changing environment? This job is made for you! We are looking for a motivated and proactive Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients specializing in furniture.

Tasks

  • Shipment management: Ensure accurate tracking of multiple shipments simultaneously and maintain thorough reporting.
  • Analysis and organization of shipping information: Guarantee accuracy and timeliness of information and quickly resolve any logistical issues.
  • Responsiveness and handling of unforeseen events: Anticipate and proactively respond to delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Planning and time management: Develop and adhere to tight schedules while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Communication and collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • Proficiency with office tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis functions.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication with international partners.
  • Experience managing databases and digital platforms: Comfortable using various logistics platforms and information management systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams.
