Our client, a company specializing in the mass production of technical TPU parts for sports and protection, is looking for a machine operator to ensure the smooth operation of its 3D printing farm, which consists of over 250 FDM printers.
Tasks
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 3D printers (unclogging nozzles, changing consumables, cleaning, checking components).
Diagnose and fix minor issues.
Restart machines in error and monitor the progress of prints.
Keep intervention and maintenance tracking tools up to date.
Maintain a consistent level of quality and reliability across a large volume of machines.
Meet delivery deadlines and maintain the deliverables tracker.
Support the production team as needed.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Technical education: DEP in electromechanics, AEC in industrial maintenance, or DEC in electronics, automation, or embedded systems.
Ability to work rigorously and autonomously.
Comfortable with structured and repetitive environments.
Experience (professional, personal, or internship) in 3D printing, electronics, or maintenance (an asset).
Strong interest in technology, 3D printing, and solving simple malfunctions.
Experience in assembly, quality control, or logistics (an asset).
