As a Machine Operator at our client’s facility located in Laval, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. Like a specialist in industrial precision, you will handle the equipment with rigor and dexterity, ensuring the quality and compliance of every packaged product. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency of the production process and the performance of the entire team.
Tasks
Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment to maximize efficiency.
Monitor product quality during and at the end of the production line.
Record production data and notify the supervisor in case of issues.
Perform metal detection checks according to established standards.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper machine operation.
Clean equipment and maintain a safe working area.
Assist with product packaging and storage.
Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
At least one year of experience as a machine operator, ideally in the food industry.
Ability to identify basic machine issues.
Must be available to work weekends based on operational needs.
Familiarity with equipment such as Vertical Filler, Rotary Bagger, Linear Bagger, or Cartoner (strong asset).
