Tasks
Operate a minimum of two production machines as required (Prima press brake, Trumpf press brake, TC500, and CTL).
Enter production data into the Lean Flow system.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to established guidelines.
Assist higher-level operators when required.
Conduct quality inspections in accordance with company procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements
Possess skills equivalent to those of a Machine Operator 1.
Ability to read and convert imperial and metric measurements.
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze mechanical issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and precision tools.
Good computer skills.
Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
Successful completion of selection tests.
Must be available to attend training on either of the following schedules: Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
