Reporting to the Engineering Department, you will be the key person responsible for organizing, monitoring, and improving all activities related to equipment maintenance. You will ensure smooth coordination between operations, maintenance, and parts supply, with a focus on performance and compliance.
Tasks
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions in collaboration with technical teams.
Create and track work orders using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Keep inventory of parts up to date, manage restocking and orders.
Work with internal departments to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues.
Produce performance reports (KPIs) and suggest improvement opportunities.
Actively participate in the implementation of autonomous maintenance programs (TPM).
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (quality, hygiene, safety).
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in computer tools (Excel, Word) and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation (asset).
Experience in certified environments (GMP, HACCP, or equivalent).
