Tasks

  • Analyze maintenance requests and establish execution priorities.
  • Collaborate with the planning department to develop and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Distribute work orders to maintenance team members and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Verify the quality of completed work and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Plan material, parts, and equipment requirements needed for maintenance activities.
  • Motivate and support the team in achieving performance objectives.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment and processes.
  • Promote and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments to support smooth operations.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) or relevant training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automated, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
  • Experience planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
