Tasks
Analyze maintenance requests and establish execution priorities.
Collaborate with the planning department to develop and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Distribute work orders to maintenance team members and ensure proper follow-up.
Verify the quality of completed work and ensure deadlines are met.
Plan material, parts, and equipment requirements needed for maintenance activities.
Motivate and support the team in achieving performance objectives.
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment and processes.
Promote and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.
Ensure effective communication between departments to support smooth operations.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) or relevant training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automated, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
Experience planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
