Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities at an operating plant. You will play a key role in team management, equipment optimization, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Tasks
Supervise, coach, and motivate the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime.
Monitor production downtime, inspections, repairs, and improvement projects.
Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, track performance indicators, and contribute to maintenance budget management.

Job requirements
DEP in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or equivalent training (technical diploma or engineering degree is an asset).
Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a sawmill or forestry industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
