Our client, a leading company in Pointe-Claire specializing in the manufacture of natural quartz surfaces, is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Marketing Specialist passionate about words, images, and human relationships. You will be the link between national campaigns and local realities, actively contributing to every aspect of their presence: from digital content to event organization, visual development, internal communications, and managing their website.

Tasks
Publish bilingual content on national social media channels.
Write newsletters, blog articles, and internal/external communications.
Implement content plans and campaigns aligned with the brand's objectives.
Monitor engagement and analyze results to adjust strategies.
Regularly update and verify the website to ensure the relevance of the content in both French and English.
Contribute to SEO optimization and the overall content strategy.
Participate in the creation of photo and video content for digital platforms.
Organize regional events and oversee national events.
Manage invitations, responses, and post-event evaluations.
Attend events in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
Support influencer and media initiatives.
Manage marketing materials: brochures, presentations, posters, and digital content.
Assist in the integration of new sales representatives.
Support internal communication, particularly for Quebec.
Update marketing budgets and expenses.
Track campaign performance and project progress.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
Three years of experience in marketing.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
Availability to travel occasionally.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Perfect bilingualism – spoken and written, as 50% of clients are English-speaking.
Knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social media.
Experience or knowledge in design, interior design, or architecture (asset).
