Tasks
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the mechanical assembly team to achieve production objectives.
Plan, assign, and coordinate tasks according to priorities and deadlines.
Participate in the assembly of mechanical systems and automated equipment, ranging from simple subassemblies to more complex projects.
Ensure the integration of mechanical components in accordance with drawings and technical instructions.
Perform and oversee quality inspections before product shipment.
Support team members in resolving technical and operational issues.
Ensure the accuracy of information entered into internal systems to maintain rigorous operational tracking.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimization of assembly and warehouse processes.
Report any irregularities or missing information that could impact quality or production timelines.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in team supervision or coordination.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools.
Experience with data entry and/or computerized production systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
