Our client is looking for a Mechanical Foreman to supervise maintenance and repair activities for a fleet of vehicles, while ensuring optimal management of garage operations.

Tasks

  • Monitoring the preventive maintenance program and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
  • Planning, organizing, and adjusting the work of 18 mechanics based on operational priorities.
  • Supervising, guiding, and assigning tasks to the team to optimize department performance.
  • Tracking work progress and ensuring the quality of completed repairs.
  • Performing final inspections of vehicles before returning them to service.
  • Managing daily priorities and responding to mechanical emergencies.
  • Overseeing parts, inventory, and work orders.
  • Coaching, training, and supporting mechanics in their development.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (dispatch, operations, human resources).
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Performing any other related duties.
