Tasks
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for vehicles and equipment in accordance with applicable standards.
Supervise, support, and motivate a team of mechanics.
Manage the facility and rolling equipment while respecting budgets and timelines.
Monitor and optimize maintenance and repair costs.
Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety practices.
Lead, engage, and develop the garage team.
Perform any other related duties as required.
