Tasks
Perform heat treatment operations according to established parameters.
Perform ball blasting operations to reinforce metal parts.
Participate in laboratory tests and analyses to verify the mechanical and metallurgical properties of parts.
Perform the non-destructive inspection.
Prepare and document inspection and test results according to quality requirements.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to solve technical issues.
Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Hold a DEC or AEC in metallurgy, a DEP in surface treatment, a DEP in mechanical assembly in aerospace or structural assembly, a DEP in welding-assembly or equivalent training.
Relevant experience in the metal field.
Knowledge of heat treatment, shot blasting or non-destructive testing processes (an asset).
