At the heart of production, you play a key role between engineering and the shop floor.
We are looking for a rigorous and structured Methods Agent, capable of developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance in machining operations.
Tasks
Develop and optimize manufacturing methods for machined parts.
Define routing processes, workflows, and work instructions.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
Analyze technical drawings and determine the most effective manufacturing strategies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (cost, quality, delivery).
Support production during new product introductions and technical adjustments.
Ensure methods comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and manufacturing records.
Apply safety, quality, and internal procedures at all times.
Perform all other related duties.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of experience in a methods role or related position.
Experience in machining, structural assembly, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in a production environment (asset).
