Mutual Fund Representative

Tasks

• Assess clients’ overall financial situation, including income, assets, liabilities, and risk tolerance, to develop suitable financial strategies.
• Prepare personalized financial plans covering retirement, taxation, estate planning, and wealth management.
• Recommend individual insurance solutions, including life, disability, and critical illness insurance, based on identified protection needs.
• Provide investment advice regarding mutual funds, savings solutions, and investment portfolios, and monitor their performance.
• Support clients in implementing financial strategies and optimizing their long-term financial position.
• Conduct regular account reviews and adjust recommendations based on changing goals and market conditions.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio by building lasting, trust-based relationships.
• Actively prospect for new clients and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements, including AMF regulations and client recordkeeping.
• Perform any other related duties.

• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and in accessible language.

• LLQP life insurance licence and mutual fund registration are considered assets.
