We are looking for a Network Operations Supervisor to coordinate urban and paratransit transportation. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of field activities, providing continuous oversight of the staff and ensuring compliance with applicable rules. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to intervene effectively in everyday situations will make you a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Tasks

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily work of urban and paratransit drivers.
  • Ensure an active presence on the ground to oversee the safety of passengers and staff.
  • Ensure strict adherence to procedures and policies in place.
  • Use operational tools to ensure the smooth flow and quality of the service.
  • Collaborate with other teams for efficient daily operations management.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field related to personnel management.
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising unionized personnel.
  • A valid driver’s license (Class 5).
  • Knowledge of the city of Sherbrooke is a significant asset.
