Tasks
Coordinate logistics operations during the night shift.
Load and unload trailers using a forklift.
Ensure the efficient flow of freight on the dock.
Update shipping and receiving information in the company’s computer system.
Work closely with drivers and various internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Prepare various administrative and operational reports.
Prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience.
Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping and receiving, or operations coordination.
Strong ability to work independently.
Bilingualism in French and English is required to communicate with drivers and complete certain reports (approximately 30% of the time).
Good knowledge of a Transportation Management System (TMS).
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
