Tasks
Nurse:
Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to the biopsychosocial needs of assigned patients or groups
Assess health status, develop, and implement therapeutic and care plans
Initiate and administer nursing and medical treatments to maintain, restore, or prevent health issues
Prescribe, in accordance with regulations, tests, treatments, medications, and dressings related to wound care and public health
Plan, deliver, and evaluate health education for patients, their families, and groups
Participate in research on health promotion and disease prevention
Head Nurse (Team Leader):
Plan, supervise, control, and coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary team of care and support professionals
Plan, oversee, and coordinate service activities during a shift
Serve as a resource person for planning, allocating, and evaluating nursing care
Participate in the design, implementation, and review of programs, clinical tools, and quality of care initiatives
Contribute to staff orientation, identification of training needs, and performance evaluations
Perform regular nursing duties as needed
Carry out all any other related activities.

Job requirements
Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (mandatory).
Active member in good standing of the OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Quebec) (mandatory).
Relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
Availability to work variable schedules.
Team Leader: Experience as an Assistant Team Leader.
Desired profile
You communicate clearly and work well in a team.
You are organized, autonomous, and meticulous in following care plans.
You have strong command of French, both spoken and written.
