Tasks
Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
Managing the executive’s calendar and acting as the main point of contact for office administration.
Supporting employees and ensuring guests’ comfort.
Preparing the office for the next day (meeting rooms, kitchenette, supplies).
Translating, reviewing, and proofreading various documents (legal documents, letters, presentations, emails).
Coordinating orders and supporting internal event organization (trainings, presentations).
Contributing to social media management.
Handling file opening, closing, and organization.
Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assisting with other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
