We are currently seeking an Operations Technician - Warehouse to assist with the daily activities of our teams and provide on-site support to employees. This position is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a warehouse or logistics setting. The role is well suited for a junior profile looking to develop operational skills and gain hands-on experience in operations support, with the opportunity to grow into administrative or HR-related responsibilities in the medium term.

Tasks
Monitor employee work schedules, attendance, and absences within the warehouse.
Prepare and share daily attendance lists with the warehouse team.
Follow up on client needs and document information in CRM and SharePoint.
Manage time punches, worked hours, and payroll-related entries (Synerion).
Perform administrative follow-ups on employee files and routine communications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Welcome and onboard new employees (procedures, position, payroll).
Collaborate in daily operations and related administrative tasks.

Job requirements
High School Diploma (DES) completed.
Basic education or experience in administration, operations, customer service, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills in French; intermediate English required approximately 50% of the time for internal communications.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Access to a vehicle for required travel.
