Location: Laval | Status: Permanent, Full-time We are currently seeking an Operations Technician - Warehouse to assist with the daily activities of our teams and provide on-site support to employees. This position is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a warehouse or logistics setting. The role is well suited for a junior profile looking to develop operational skills and gain hands-on experience in operations support, with the opportunity to grow into administrative or HR-related responsibilities in the medium term. Tasks

  • Monitor employee work schedules, attendance, and absences within the warehouse.
  • Prepare and share daily attendance lists with the warehouse team.
  • Follow up on client needs and document information in CRM and SharePoint.
  • Manage time punches, worked hours, and payroll-related entries (Synerion).
  • Perform administrative follow-ups on employee files and routine communications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Welcome and onboard new employees (procedures, position, payroll).
  • Collaborate in daily operations and related administrative tasks.

Job requirements

  • High School Diploma (DES) completed.
  • Basic education or experience in administration, operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills in French; intermediate English required approximately 50% of the time for internal communications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Access to a vehicle for required travel.
