Our client, an innovative company in the industrial sector, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to develop and retain its client portfolio.
You will quickly identify opportunities, contribute to business growth, and collaborate with internal teams to qualify prospects and implement effective strategies.
Tasks
Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients while prospecting new opportunities in the industrial sector.
Meet with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and submit personalized proposals and quotes based on technical and business needs.
Follow up on prospects and proposals to close new business.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, logistics, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Stay informed about market trends and new products to maintain a competitive edge.
Record and manage client interactions and business activities using internal tools.
Participate in training and industry events to support business development.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate large orders with the warehouse.
Provide technical support or advice on product usage in collaboration with the technical team.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.
High school diploma required; a college or university degree in chemistry, business, or a related field is an asset.
2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, ideally in the industrial, B2B, or chemicals sector.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of safety and handling of industrial or chemical products (asset).
Understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts (asset).
