In this role, you will do more than supervise—you will motivate, organize, and contribute directly to the daily success of operations.
Tasks
Lead, motivate, and support a production team.
Plan and coordinate daily packaging activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Assign tasks and actively participate in operations.
Handle bins and pallets as required.
Complete production tracking and reporting using Excel and internal systems.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and health and safety standards.
Operate certain equipment, including X-ray and boxing machines.
Maintain effective communication with other departments and management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
