Our client is looking for a Parts Clerk specializing in agricultural equipment to join their team. This position is intended for candidates with experience in the agricultural industry, heavy equipment, or construction machinery sectors. If your experience is limited to the automotive industry, this role may not be the right fit. Every day will give you the opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities to support both agricultural producers and service technicians.

Tasks

  • Welcome and assist customers at the counter, by phone, and via email.
  • Identify required parts based on customer and technician needs.
  • Prepare quotations, orders, and invoices.
  • Follow up on orders with suppliers.
  • Receive merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Use the company's computer systems and management software.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Experience as a Parts Clerk in the agricultural, heavy equipment, or construction equipment industry.
  • Diploma in Agricultural Mechanics (asset) or relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical components.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and management software.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
