Tasks
Respond to customer inquiries and provide recommendations regarding their parts needs, whether by phone, email, or at the service counter;
Identify parts, components, and accessories using available tools and search systems;
Advise customers on the products best suited to their needs and propose relevant solutions;
Work closely with mechanics and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of required parts for ongoing jobs;
Prepare, process, and follow up on parts orders;
Handle invoicing related to parts sales and maintain accurate documentation;
Assist with various related tasks to support the efficient operation of the parts department;
Perform any other duties related to the smooth operation of the department.

Job requirements
Experience as a Parts Clerk, Parts Advisor, or in a similar role;
Good knowledge of mechanical parts, heavy-duty vehicles, or specialized transportation equipment;
Experience in the heavy-duty vehicle or specialized transportation equipment industry is considered a significant asset;
Proficiency in spoken and written French, as well as intermediate English (to serve English-speaking customers approximately 20% of the time);
