Our client, a family-owned company and a tanker specialist for nearly 40 years, is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to support the mechanical parts department.
Tasks
Handling customer requests and providing recommendations regarding their parts needs, whether by phone, email, or directly at the counter.
Preparing price estimates based on specific customer requests.
Updating customer information in the sales management system.
Managing the preparation and follow-up of customer orders.
Handling and resolving issues related to deliveries or product errors.
Supplying mechanics with the necessary parts and accessories.
Performing any other tasks related to the smooth operation of the department.

Job requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of heavy vehicle or automotive mechanical parts.
Proficiency in spoken and written French, and intermediate English (to serve English-speaking clients).
Good computer skills. Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
