Tasks
Process full payroll, including CCQ files.
Manage and update employee records in payroll and HRIS systems.
Administer group insurance and benefits.
Produce tax slips and manage year-end activities.
Collaborate with the finance team on payroll-related accounting entries.
Ensure legal compliance (LNT, CNESST, CCQ).
Generate and analyze payroll and staffing reports.
Participate in process optimization and the implementation of a new HRIS.
Perform other tasks related to payroll and benefits.

Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Human Resources.
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits.
Proficiency in Employeur D or an equivalent system.
