Tasks
Provide clinical pharmacy services in medicine, surgery, intensive care, emergency, oncology, palliative care, hemodialysis, URFI, and geriatric units.
Participate in multidisciplinary medical rounds and provide guidance on medication therapies.
Review and validate medical prescriptions to ensure safety and efficacy.
Manage medication inventories and oversee prescription preparation.
Train and supervise pharmacy technicians.
Support the implementation of clinical protocols and evidence-based practices.
Contribute to medication risk management and the continuous improvement of care quality.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapies and prevent medication interactions.
Carry out all any other related activities.

Job requirements
Hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Pharmacotherapy or Hospital Pharmacy (mandatory).
Member of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (OPQ) (mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
Experience in management or clinical team coordination is an asset.
