A leader in its field, our client is seeking a Planning and Supply Coordinator to join its dynamic team. Tasks

  • Planning & Procurement: Manage raw material and finished product requirements, develop production plans, optimize inventory levels, and ensure resource availability.
  • Production Order Management: Enter orders into the ERP system, update consumption data, verify document compliance, and maintain up-to-date production records.
  • Purchasing & Materials Control: Create purchase orders, track deliveries, check expiration dates, prepare regulatory documentation (e.g., FDA), and collaborate with quality control for exemptions.
  • Logistics & Transfer Coordination: Organize transfers of finished products, ingredients, and packaging between factories and warehouses; track deliveries; coordinate monthly shipments to the United States.
  • Reports & Analysis: Compile sales, production, and consumption data; update planning files; ensure the accuracy and compliance of all documents.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Experience in production coordination, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of rigor.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to serve a predominantly English-speaking clientele (90%) and French-speaking clients.
  • High level of accuracy in document management and data entry.
