Day shift : Monday to Thursday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Evening shift : Monday to Thursday, 4:15 p.m. to 2:45 a.m.
Our client, a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and installation of high-end stainless steel projects, is seeking a Polisher who is eager to grow and develop in a market increasingly recognized as one of the most active, innovative, and productive in the world. The successful candidate will join their team in Québec City.

Tasks

  • Read and interpret polishing guides and technical drawings.
  • Perform polishing tasks using the required equipment according to project specifications.
  • Select appropriate products and tools to ensure a clean, high-quality finish.
  • Evaluate the quality of completed work (visual appearance, uniformity, absence of defects).
  • Minimize material waste by repairing dents and performing necessary touch-ups.
  • Complete polishing tasks within established project timelines.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • Experience as a polisher.
  • Skilled in polishing both curved and flat surfaces, with excellent finishing quality.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Good physical condition (able to lift, move, and handle heavy metal parts).
  • Understanding of and adherence to safety procedures.
