Our client, a growing family-owned company specializing in the fabrication of steel structures and miscellaneous metals, is looking for a Production Foreman to supervise its day-shift team in Mirabel. The company delivers commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, from design through installation.

Tasks
Supervise daily shop activities and assign work according to priorities, deadlines, and production objectives.
Lead, coach, and support team members while adapting your management approach to their individual strengths and needs.
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure work quality and compliance in close collaboration with the inspection team.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development to promote autonomy, performance, and retention.
Analyze production data, identify variances, and actively contribute to improving work methods and operational workflows.
Maintain clear communication with the team and operations management regarding priorities, work progress, and operational issues.
Perform any other related tasks.
