Our client, a well-established company in the wood processing industry, is seeking a Production Foreman to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of production activities. You will play a key role in employee supervision, operational optimization, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Tasks
Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to ensure performance targets are achieved.
Coach, train, and motivate production teams while fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize operations and minimize production downtime.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
