At their modern production facility located in the heart of the Beauce region, projects come to life thanks to a welcoming and committed team. They are currently looking for production labourers ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to key stages of the manufacturing process. If you enjoy working with your hands and want to play an active role in production, you will quickly feel at home. The positions are varied and allow you to be involved in several stages of the manufacturing cycle. No previous experience is required, on‑the‑job training is provided. What matters most is your consistency, reliability, and willingness to be part of a team that delivers quality work every day.

Tasks

  • Assisting with product packaging and assembly.
  • Performing lamination work according to established manufacturing processes.
  • Handling demolding of finished products.
  • Cutting, trimming, and adjusting components.
  • Performing wood cutting and preparation.
  • Completing various finishing tasks.
  • Working collaboratively with the production team.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Tasks may vary depending on production needs and the position assigned after training (laminator, demolder, cutter, finisher, wood cutter, packager/assembler, etc.).
