Would you like to build a career in the manufacturing sector and develop your knowledge in production management? Our client, a company specializing in metal processing, is looking for an organized and motivated individual to support planning activities within its plant.

Tasks

  • Participate in the development and monitoring of production schedules.
  • Track manufacturing files and work orders.
  • Update priorities, timelines, and production information in internal systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of order-related information (materials, quantities, dimensions, deadlines, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the production, programming, quality control, and shipping departments.
  • Quickly identify delays or issues that may impact timelines.
  • Attend production meetings and follow up as required.
  • Contribute to coordinating activities between different plant sectors.
  • Participate in improving organization and operational flow.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • Hands-on experience in machining.
  • Knowledge of metals (steel, stainless steel).
  • Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, and arc welding, as well as symbol reading.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • French required.
  • A rigorous, proactive, and reliable individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
