Our client, a well-established company specializing in water treatment and water management in Joliette, is currently seeking a Production Team Leader to support operations and coordinate a team of approximately 25 employees.
Tasks
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 25 employees, as well as a Team Lead.
Ensure work is assigned efficiently to meet production targets.
Maintain a positive work environment and promote effective communication within the team.
Support employees in their professional development and day-to-day success.
Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Actively participate in production activities when required.
Perform other related duties as needed.
