Are you comfortable with sanding, grinding and hands-on production work? In this role, you will prepare, touch up and polish fiberglass parts before final inspection, in a physical work environment where resin odours are part of the daily routine.

Tasks
Sand, grind and prepare fiberglass surfaces using hand and power tools.
Apply “gelcoat” to parts according to manufacturing standards.
Perform finishing work, touch-ups, polishing and correction of surface imperfections.
Inspect parts for quality and identify visible defects before the next production step.
Handle parts carefully and keep the work area clean and safe.
Work with the production team to support smooth daily operations.
Perform any other related tasks.
