Tasks

  • Open and structure new projects in collaboration with managers.
  • Track project stages, timelines, and key information in internal tools.
  • Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices using accounting software.
  • Compile and integrate data for various progress reports.
  • Manage the full purchase order cycle: receipt, entry, validation, and updates.
  • Update client portals and send required reports (photos, updates, etc.).
  • Follow up on client purchase orders.
  • Provide versatile administrative support as needed by the department.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Hold a DEP or DEC in office administration, business administration, secretarial work, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator.
  • Functional bilingualism (approximately 5% of clients are English-speaking).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications field (an asset).
