Rare in the market, this role combines end-to-end international recruitment project management, in-depth knowledge of immigration processes, and direct responsibility for an active client portfolio, within a well-established human resources firm.
This position is designed for a professional who can manage multiple complex mandates simultaneously, coordinate a wide range of stakeholders, and ensure rigorous follow-ups, while maintaining a human, structured, and client-focused approach in a highly regulated environment.

Tasks
Manage international recruitment projects from start to finish, from client needs analysis to the arrival and integration of temporary foreign workers (TFWs).
Analyze client workforce needs and recommend the most effective recruitment and immigration strategies based on applicable programs (LMIA, CAQ, work permits).
Ensure rigorous follow-up of immigration files, while meeting deadlines, maintaining compliance, and managing risks.
Work closely with immigration lawyers to validate and optimize selected strategies.
Manage a client portfolio and act as the primary point of contact, with full accountability for overall client satisfaction.
Coordinate communications with international partners, internal teams, and candidates.
Oversee a high volume of files simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, documentation, and follow-through.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the development of expertise in international recruitment and immigration.

Job requirements
Relevant college or university education, or equivalent experience (human resources, law, or immigration – strong asset).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international recruitment and/or immigration.
Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and a high volume of files.
Excellent knowledge of Canadian immigration frameworks, mechanisms, and processes, including LMIAs, CAQs, work permits, temporary visas, and renewals.
Experience working closely with immigration lawyers.
RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) license is a strong asset.
Training in immigration, international recruitment, or project management (PMP, CAPM, CHRP/CRIA) is an asset.
Bilingual in French and Intermediary English, both spoken and written; approximately 25% of the role is conducted in English to communicate with international partners.
Strong proficiency with computer tools and case management systems.
