Do you have experience in property management and enjoy both coordinating files and interacting with tenants and suppliers? This position offers a varied day-to-day role within a commercial, institutional, and residential real estate portfolio.
Our client, active for over 40 years in property management, real estate development, and consulting, is seeking a Property Manager, Building Services and Administration to support the ongoing operations of its properties.
Reporting directly to management, you will coordinate activities among the various stakeholders involved and carry out the administrative and operational follow-ups required to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will also assist in the preparation and updating of leases, agreements, and other documentation, while ensuring that all parties have the information they need to move projects and files forward efficiently.
Tasks
Handling day-to-day requests related to the properties.
Following up with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Coordinating maintenance, repair, and inspection work.
Preparing files and recommendations to support decision-making.
Conducting occasional property visits and following up on required corrective work.
Assisting with real estate acquisition, fit-up, renovation, and development projects.
Preparing and updating leases, contracts, and real estate documents.
Supporting the Property Manager with budget and schedule tracking.
Managing purchase orders related to real estate operations.
Keeping property records and files up to date.
Completing required follow-ups with municipal and government authorities.
Ensuring compliance with real estate files, procedures, and requirements.
Preparing reports and tracking tools for management and the Property Manager.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the department’s management processes and tools.
Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements
Education in business administration, administrative support, accounting, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in coordination or file management, ideally in property management or a related industry.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to prioritize.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Experience using HOPEM property management software.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Excellent spoken and written French. Functional English is required, as approximately 25% of interactions will be with English-speaking clients and vendors.
