Our client, a proactive company with over 20 years of expertise in metal fabrication, is looking for a Quality Analyst to join its team. In this key role, you will be responsible for product verification and quality assurance, playing an essential part in project success and continuous production improvement. Tasks

  • Identify non-conformities and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Inspect and validate finished products according to established standards.
  • Verify compliance of raw materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality documentation (procedures, forms, manuals).
  • Monitor preventive and corrective actions to measure their effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with and maintenance of certifications (AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, CWB).
  • Prepare quality documentation required for clients (FAI, PPAP, certificates, deviations).
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • DEC in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant training and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of welding and assembly inspection, as well as manufacturing processes.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong proficiency with metrology tools and blueprint reading.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NADCAP, CWB).
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and functional English (communication with clients and suppliers approximately 15% of the time).
