Our client, a proactive company with nearly 20 years of expertise in metal transformation, is hiring a Quality Analyst to join their team. In this key role, you will be responsible for verifying and ensuring the quality of products, playing a vital role in project success and continuous improvement in production. Tasks
Inspect and approve parts throughout the manufacturing process, from production to the finished product, in accordance with industry norms and standards.
Ensure part dimensions meet quality requirements.
Identify non-conformities.
Complete documentation and write various reports following inspections.
Conduct audits and ensure certifications required by the company are maintained.
Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the quality process.
Implement continuous improvement methods to resolve issues and eliminate waste.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
College diploma (DEC) in mechanical engineering or other relevant training and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of welding and assembly inspection, as well as manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Strong knowledge of metrology tools and blueprint reading.
Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NADCAP, and CWB.
Proficiency in spoken and written French, with functional English (communication with English-speaking clients and suppliers approximately 10% of the time).
