We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will play a strategic role in the development of new products, the continuous improvement of processes, and the maintenance of the highest quality standards within our client’s organization.
Tasks
Participate in integrating quality requirements into new product development.
Support the APQP process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout projects.
Coordinate Process FMEA meetings and prepare control plans.
Work closely with the quality control team to validate dimensional inspections of parts.
Analyze customer complaints and non-conformities to identify trends and implement action plans.
Conduct risk analyses, root cause analyses (5 Whys method, 8D), and coordinate corrective actions.
Act as a representative of customer needs and expectations within the organization.
Prepare, coordinate, and deliver First Article Inspection (FAI) packages according to customer requirements.
Manage deviation requests, analyze discrepancies, and ensure proper follow-up.
Participate in internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to achieve quality objectives.
Perform all other related duties as required.

Job requirements
College diploma in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (an asset).
Experience in quality assurance or a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Knowledge of quality processes such as APQP, FAI, FMEA, 8D, and the 5 Whys methodology.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards (an asset).
