Tasks
Inspect packaging to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead training sessions to raise employee awareness of best quality practices.
Monitor the quality of finished products and assess their shelf life.
Develop and update cleaning protocols for equipment and production areas.
Supervise cleaning operations and evaluate their effectiveness.
Identify quality issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEC in Food Processing, Dietetics, or a related field.
Knowledge of the SQF system (a strong asset).
Functional English required (approximately 10% of the time, due to possible communications with English-speaking clients).
